Temp to hire paying $19.50 to start with a PAY INCREASE once hired on.

1. Follow SOP, read emails and abide by company policies and procedures.

2. Monitor received messages from customers and respond in timely manner

3. Daily review of PO Ship dates.

4. Responsible for capturing problems ahead (delivery delays, non-PTO receipts, etc.)

5. Track shipments as required.

6. Monitor and expedite all purchase orders.

7. Contact vendors/manufacturers by email, phone or visit if required to verify delayed orders and ensure delivery on specified ship date.

8. Provide assurance of good customer support service to all customers

9. Coordinate and communicate closely with buyers and shipping coordinators.

10. Responsible for controlling shipments of dedicated programs

11. Special assignments as directed by the Manager or Executive Officers.
